My mother (who has NOT had AOL since 2003) has been charged $1726.80 from 2003-2009. No one authorized this and my mother went into nursing care in 2005. This amount is automatically taken from her bank account. How can this money be recovered? This service was not used and I cannot find an address. Is anyone getting an attorney?
