I place an order online for two cell phones totaling $108.83. I was charged $108.83 & $108.75 to my checking account on the same day. The charges are back to back. When I called the co to request a refund, I was directed to customer service where it goes directly to a voicemail that asks you to leave your name & phone #. I did this 4 times in one day. When I finally received a call back from a rep, he asked me what call was for I responded that I was double charged.
