I ordered the product in Novermber 2009 and told the individual that I didn't want automatic delivery and she told me that I would have to wait until I got my 1st order and then call and cancel any subsequent orders. After receiving the product, I called and told them to stop any future orders and I followed it up with an email stating the same.
