USE WESTERN UNION - AVOID XOOM AT ALL COSTS !!! Tried to transfer money from bank account in USA to bank account in Japan. First transaction went through automatically (account verified, money withdrawn), but the money never reached the destination account. HUH??! THREE WEEKS LATER, after numerous email and phone calls, all the way up to the VP, Customer Operations, finally made them move their asses to find out what the reason for delay is.
