I ordered Ugg boots online before Thanksgiving. The site looked legitimate. I received confirmation of my order after requesting it. I saw the charge on my credit card for the boots but hadn't heard a word from the company -- no email, no receipt, etc. They sent me the tracking info after I sent them a message and I learned the boots were coming from China.
