Like everyone else I did not check the legitimacy of this website prior to ordering baby formula. However, I started my investigation after 5 days. I e-mailed the company to find out when to expect shipment, no response. Then I went on line again to their so called "on line chat"--on line means a person. Nothing. I did more research and found out the company was based in Torrance California--my husband looked for the address, found it.
