My family had been patients of Phillip Apple who apparently merged his practice into Great Expressions. My youngest had a crown put on his baby tooth approximately 8 to 10 years ago. It fell off within a couple of days. They fixed it at no charge, but it should have been fair warning. My oldest son had a tooth with a cavity several years ago. They filled the tooth.
