I ordered flowers for mother's day i 2009. The flowers were not sent! I have been charged $9.95 every month since May...I don't review my credit card debits every month but when I discovered the charge I attempted reach the company through the internet. The message I received was that "the account had been cancelled." The next month, I found that another $9.95 charge had been billed by BloomsRewards (BloomsToday).
