Utility Management does have a Tax Credit for their Utility Shield which has just now been approved. It was approved before and then removed due to some technical errors. They have the documentation for you to file with your Tax Accountant which will give you a tax credit of 30% up to $1500.00. Also the Certficate program was handled by a seperate company that since closed it's doors due to the volume of business of which it apparently could not handle.
