I purchased a 1500 series I Heater from this website "officialiheater.com" thinking that they were the same company as the "1-888-444-9039" which is posted on their website. They are totally different, if you order from the 888 number you will not be charged a 15% restocking fee (which came to the grand total of $56.85 for me, not to mention the $21.00 return shipping charge).
