Acer notebook is defective. Returned for repairs two times. Each time returned to me inoperable. Third repair attempted by tech over telephone. No satisfaction. Requested replacement unit and was told company policy would not allow replacement only repair. Unit has been out of commission for 8 months and warranty expires on Feb. 20, 2010 read full review »
