Had brake pads changed. Brakes were soft and wouldn't hold. Service mand kept trying to push it of that anti-lock brakes worked that way. Almost wrecked when couldn't stop while leaving parking lot. It wouldn't have been as bad if the service man didn't keep insisting that they were fine. This put my family in danger. And he didn't care. read full review »
