I sent a feedback form to this firm's parent company [trane, inc.] regarding a poor customer experience regarding events of last december 2009, and today i got a hostile letter [dated january 14, 2010] from the owner of olympic heating and cooling, not-so-subtly accusing me of being a liar and submitting a defamatory feedback form with malice aforethought. this is bad business to send mean letters to customers for simply and honestly completing customer feedback. read full review »
