Ordered a pair of Uggs on Dec 10 and my bank account was immediately was charged for the sale. Website stated that orders placed after Dec. 9 could not be guaranteed for Xmas delivery. I did get an order receipt around Dec. 16th or so. But it's now Jan 21 and I still do not have boots. Have sent repeated emails with no response. Phone number never has a live person answer, and though I have left voice messages, these, too, have gone unanswered. After the fact, I saw numerous complaints about this company listed on yahoo.com. Anyone have luck getting their boots or money back? What can be done? read full review »
