We were just sent an invoice for 0.01 (a penny) from One Communications of Cincinnati, OH for long distance service. They also informed us on the invoice that we would be charged a $9.95 Billing and collection fee if we refused to pay the invoice. We haven't been a customer since Sept. It cost them .42 to send a first class mail invoice and it will cost us .42 to send first class check for a penny to pay this invoice. When will they ask They ask the US. Congress for their bail out.
