I hited AC to pick up a tall case clock in Sept. on the East Coast for delivery to Southern Calif. The chrage was $678 including insurance. Delivery was to be in late October. It is now Dec 14 and I am told they may get in here by mid January. No one returns calls or repsonds to emails requesting a fee rebate or a firm delivery date. read full review »
