Order t-shirt on 05Dec08, checked on order on 12Dec, Still says in process. Tried live chat and calling and leaving message. No response until 14Dec when I received an email stating that they tried to contact me, but there was a problem with my order. Sent reply email with info to contact me again. Tried to get response 15Dec again and finally got email the night of the 15th stating they were sold out of the item, but I could order something else of get a refund.
