We have three different family accounts with Wells Fargo. Every account has had mulitple espisodes of deposits that just go missing. In each situation WF has been completely unaware and "mystified" - I go into the branch, show them the receipt and they tell me they will research it. Always it is the same answer. The teller did everything correctly, but something went wrong when the deposit left the bank and it was "lost".
