I have been billed for services/product I didn't use. 1and1 Internet has this scheme whereby the customer tests out a product, obtains their credit card, charges the customer a promotional rate (regardless of whether they use the service or not) for six months, and then automatically charges the customer for an additional six months even if they never used the product.
