On 12/30/09 I made two attempts to purchase Microsoft Office 2007 and both times I was unable to get it to download to my computer, so I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. It was paid by credit card(visa). They charged me with the order twice, however they only refunded me the price once on 01/02/10.
