I recieved a package of medications from Frank Tehada Veterans medical center in San Antonio, Texas. The package was torn in many places. There was one rip across the entire package from one end to the other. There were the discriptions of the meds in the package, as well as markings on the meds themselves stating how many were enclosed. Iam missing one inhaler, which is a months supply. There is also missing a -3- month supply of an antacid I need for all the medications I have to take. THESE ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND CANNOT REPLACE. I need my meds! read full review »
