We bought an item from Toyglobe.com on October 10, 2009 and we STILL have not received it. The order number is 279764. The amount of the item was $69.95 plus $8.95 shipping and handling, plus $.95 for insurance, for a total of $79.85. However, our credit card was charged $10 more than that - $89.85. I have a problem with that and would like to know why. But that is not the main reason for my complaint.
