I called for 3 months trying to get the service to work correctly. Called technical service at least 4 times but they only had record of me calling 2 times. Only returned call 1 time had to call back another time. Technical service was never able to fix the problem. Ended up having to reset the internet settings each time in order to even use the service. Quit using the service because of frustration, but still had to make monthly payments for the entire 12 months even though I had called to complain about service. Customer service when called still would not help or even consider refunding last payment when I was transfered to another state. read full review »
