We have been paying faithfully on time every month. But, somehow the way they have their billing system set up it shows as us paying early every month, which for some bizarre reason is not allowed!!! Don't loan companies want you to pay on time regardless if it's a few days early?! Consequently we have been denied the lower rate incentive! I asked the customer representative what it will take for us to qualify and she said "the incentive program has been discontinued." WTF?! This smells like fraud to me.
