HIT - took 5 mos to design my site billing me for hosting when I didn't even have a designer assigned. I basically ended up doing it myself and turned my designs over to their designer. Overcharges galore - hours in que on hold for VERY POOR customer service. Authorized $125 charge for Tech Support - They took $500 from my credit card which was not refunded for days after several HOURS on hold for customer service. STAY AWAY from HIT -- they do NOT deliver what they promise. The only good thing about HIT is their sales people who make promises that are not kept. read full review »
