This is my first time putting in claim for services covered by the extended warrany I purchase .IT took 2days to get approval for the work to be done after several phone calls. I had to rent a car for the two days out of my pocket which i am covered for .THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP THAT DID THE WORK ON MY CAR AS JUST INFORM ME 01/20/2010 THAT THEY HAVE'NT GOTTEN PAID FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE 11/04/09 that they approved. Also have'nt got paid for my two days car rental. I have made several phone left messages but no return my phone call. What a nightmare. I am still looking for them to there aggreement. read full review »
