Lasershield has been raising money for 5 years for individual investors, claiming to have a product that will make millions for the investors. The founder, Anthony Dohrmann, has been living off the investors money. Everything he has told shareholders has been a lie. The company has yet to produce a product. Everytime you ask about the status of the company, you are told everything is fine. The company won't release any financial statements.
