I called to see where my order was, after the 10th day of being ordered, was told that it had not been shipped. Was given customer service # and got a message machine. I have left several messages even though the recording states that they will call back right away. There is no other number to call. It is 13 days now after the order and I have not heard from them, I have left my # and they have my email from origional order plus I responded to the confirmation email.
