I signed up contract for fast internet (Elite 7Mbps) starting on October 29, 2009 They checked my area and they said I’m gonna have it (I was not interested to have slow connection) On October 29 was no DSL signal so I called support. Technician came next few days, checked outside box, fixed it but he said that the most speed I can get is 3.8 Mbps.
