1-20-10 signed up for a special package 89.99 dec 2009 received my second bill 159.00 windstream doesn't know a thing about a special!! i was called on the phone by one of their so called represenatives i was smart enough to get the name and phone number of this person!!! signed for 3 services my internet service was off more then on it kept coming up no dsl service password wrong!! after many hours on the phone them telling us it was the modem we refused to pay the bill a repair man came and guess what!!! it was hooked up wrong outside... read full review »
