I went through a on-line sales rep Oct. 8, 2009. I was configuring a desktop. The rep lied. He stated I shouldn't wait for Windows 7 and that after its release Oct. 22 I would get my free upgrade in 7-10 days. I received it Mid December. He stated that the speaker system I currently had was compatible, it wasn't even close, had to buy new sound system. I advised the printer I had was Serial Printer, he stated it would work fine, no serial port, had to buy new printer. The PC continually locked up.
