I originally signed up for a paralegal course through Meditec in August of 2006. Due to health problems, I never completed the course. However, I had to pay for the course, anyway, since I took out a loan for it. I currently pay approximately $300.00 a month on that loan. Fast forward to now. The collection agency that handled my original loan with Meditec now is demanding $1900.00 for a course I allegedly signed up for last November through Meditec. I NEVER signed up for any course.
