I would give this company a HUGE thumbs down! I put in a claim for the first time ever since owning this warranty (2006). I called on 1/16/10 and for a week they have disconnected their phones. No email responses, I sent a fax, and certified letter. NOTHING, in the way of a response. I have two warranties with them (I just purchased the second in September 2009), over $4000 purchased and I have yet to receive service.
