I have been waiting paitently for almost 1 year to get credited for the sink I returned to them. I have all the information to show they received the sink, and even emails from Brian Okin saying he is taking care of this. I have not heard a single word or had any communication resonded to me in the past 5 months and of course still not credit. This organization obviously has issues, forget the fact that the customer service portion is at best completely incapable of performing basic interaction, obviously the management is borderline criminal... read full review »
