We use to go to Zhang's buffet for the crab legs, till two weeks ago when I was leavingI passed the place where they bus the plates and toss the leftovers. On the cart between the garbage and the dirty plates there were crab legs laying inbetween on the cart, must have been 15 legs and claws there. They are picking out the crab legs and putting them back in with the fresh crab legs!!! Why would I assume such a thing?
