On 12/7/09 I brought my IBM Lenovo laptop to Omar Shaaban, Owner of CBM Computers in San Mateo, CA. It was fully functional except that it had no sound. I thought it might have a switch turned off and I wanted him to find out why it had no sound. Otherwise, it was working perfectly. He was also going to install a virus protection program for me.
