we ordered "free" orthowhite product. i immediately sent a letter (God forbid I only use email). They seem to not know how to handle paper. My husband's employment takes us out of town for long periods of time. When we returned, 4 months later, 4 boxes of orthowhite were here at $84.00/ea. I called explained I had contacted them and we were not home to return the other boxes. Of course, there was no way they were reimbusing a cent to us and she hung up on me.
