Since the change over of First Charter Bank to 5th 3rd Bank, I have had nothing but overcharges, fees and complaints of what they practice. I also have had changes done one day to the next. I would have the money in my account when doing an ATM transaction, with receipt showing a balance yet, the next day, there were changes made to my account and fees taking out what they say I did not have a right to take out.
