After 25 years as a loyal customer of USAA with no claims against my homeowners insurance, and an active duty of the military stationed away from my home of record, USAA has refused to insure us as we prepare to retire in my home state of Florida. They will insure some, but they won't disclose who. The worst part is that I bought a house through USAA movers advantage, and they never mentioned, not once, that I wouldn't be able to get insurance. read full review »
