This company is a scam. If you read on line, which I did, unfortunatley after the fact, they appear to be making more on replacement units than the original purchases. My vac quit in less than 90 days but due to the holidays I waited a bit to call and it was exactly 1 week out of warranty. There was no grace period, no effort to make things right at all. I used this unit 3 times... They disallowed the free replacement. It will now cost me another $50 to replace the unit and I also have to mail back the defective unit...
