Flooring Depot is great during the sales transaction, but impossible to communicate with once the deposit is made. Promised delivery dates were not performed, stories changed per phone call, extra charges changed on a daily basis (from $240 to $470 to install about 10 meters of quarter round trim sold at $10/meter). Crew worked full time between 8AM and 1PM. Did not return after 'lunch'.
