Me, my girlfriend and her three children moved into a townhome in Santee Ca. I used the SDG&E website to switch my service from my appartment to the townhouse giving them two weeks notice (they request 5 days). On the day I moved, I was told my service would not be connected at the townhouse for three more days, when I asked why, I was told they didn't process my request until two days ago, and they require five days.
