after several months of asking for a letter of explanation regarding my collection account, i finally got a real answer...they don't send information! a gal that had phoned me numerous times and i would return her calls, said "whoever spoke with you before LIED because she didn't want to DEAL with your request." i have been aware of all of the scams over the phone and internet and am leary about giving checking accounts information over the phone but, the gal said they were "For real."
