Purchased LAZY Boy living room suite in Nov. 2007. Delivered Jan 2008. Have had over 8 service calls to repair cushions, mechanisims, etc. DO NOT purcahse LAZY BOY...their name speaks for itself! Just sent President/CEO Kurt Darrow a letter requesting assistance. They claim "lifetime warranty" but what they DON'T tell you is that they charge $79.99 EACH time the service tech steps in the house. DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! Purchase from them.
