Yesterday I received a letter from my bank, which gratefully is not Bank of America, informing me that the payment for our mortgage was refused by Bank of America Home Loans. When I called Bank of America Home Loans I was told that my home was in foreclosure and that no payment would be accepted unless it was by money order or cashier’s check. When I asked why my home was being foreclosed on since until my payment was refused I have never missed a payment or been late, I was told she didn’t know and that I had been sent a notice... read full review »
