I used my checking account to pay my call loan through BECU.org because it was convenient.I realised money had deposited for my car loan had been taken.On calling the BECU the call center supervisor said the bank had the legal right to withdraw any amount from my checking account because a joint account holder owes them.Note : I'm the primary account holder and have never owed them anything.My check to the loan payment went through and I'm expecting overdraft fees from them.How is that fair that an account that has no link to me is used as a reason to steal money from my checking account, without the courtesy of a call or letter saying why? read full review »
