I have a Target VISA card that was issued by Retailer's National Bank. I have had this account in excess of 10 years and have never had a late payment but this morning I noticed when I pulled up my account information online that they have reduced my credit limit making it appear that I have almost exhausted all of my available credit. This in turn reduces my FICO score and negatively impacts my credit. I called to speak with a representative to inquire why my limit had been reduced.
