I made a purchase online at Sephora on December 14th. The website stated all orders would be fufilled within 1-2 days. After 4 business days I called and was told they were "behind" and they would ship my order that evening. The next day my order still had not shipped, I called again and was told someone would call me back. No-one called me back I called again and was told they couldn't tell me when my order would be shipped and I could not cancel my order, however a supervisor would call me back. Of course, no-one did. I will not have my products by Christmas. Sephora has extremely poor service. read full review »
