I ordered an autographed framed and matted photo from this company almost two weeks ago on 12/11 hoping to get it in time for Christmas. I still have not received a shipping/tracking number, and cannot get in touch with anyone in customer service either online or by phone (their live chat is a joke - nobody live there either). I have just contacted my credit card company to cancel this order - I will never order from Sportsmemorabilia.com again. read full review »
