I have a one rate plan that includes local and long didtance state to state calls anytime and unlimited minutes. However, they charge a "regulatory recovery charge" any time I make a state to state call. My plan INCLUDES the state to state calling, why are they able to charge me AGAIN for this/ Is this legal? read full review »
